I used to have marketingwithfrankfraser.com and earnwithfrankfraser.com but those days are over with from 2011-2013. I have profounded myself by branding myself different way by using Facebook and YouTube and Blogger and following the right successful people. They will be new and other methods I will use for personal branding. Always remember that in order to run your own business successfully you must have a real product and service. Never join business opportunities nor MLMs because you will always become the middleman because you will be the one last man standing not earning anything. I have been there and done that most business programs that you see online always come and go. We are living in a new generation and society where online market has evolved in a different platform. I have started back my own business this year on my birthday of June 2018 it was called Fraserstock Enterprises back in 2003 and my business will be very successful because my business will grow each and everyday and will serve customers to the best of my own ability. I am connected with my new business partner and he will advise me and highlight what I need to do to help my business move forward from A-Z. We will have a website store this upcoming fall once it grows.
LATEST NEWS: Good News!! I will be here tomorrow on Tuesday but on Wednesday I will take a vacation from Skype for the first time of my life. The main reason why I have to do this is because I wanna get my files sorted out and email messages purged down to help my business grow and become more organized. I deserve better and doing the best of my ability. It is one of my things to do list and I was intending on doing this for quite sometime now :) If you like to keep in touch I will have my facebook on as Franklin Fraser or you can stay tuned on my website blogs >> http://www.marketingwithfrankfraser.com and http://www.earnwithfrankfraser.com

What is Article Marketing?
Article marketing is the practice of posting keyword-focused articles
on article sites that then syndicate your content. The reason this is
an important website promotion technique is because some of these article syndication sites have a significant readership following.
Most article syndication sites allow you to post your content for
free. Once published, your content becomes available for all to see -
and potentially reuse. When done properly, articles you post on
syndicated article sites can then become "link bait" for other sites.
For example, let's say you own a home business that sells closet
organizers. If you or your web content writer write an article about
organizing your office, others who may want to post a blog entry about
organizing your office may link to your article, getting increased
exposure for your writing and your subject matter, especially if the
article site gets a great deal more traffic than your own website, which
is fairly likely.
Some article sites will allow you to include HTML links in your
articles. You can then link your keyword phrase to the page on your
website you're trying to promote for that keyword - a highly effective search engine optimization
technique. Others won't allow you to do that, but they'll have no
problem with you including links in your resource box (your profile or
signature information used to let people know who you are), which adds
important one-way backlinks to your website.
Article syndication sites also typically allow readers to
conditionally include your article on their site. Conditions typically
include the requirement that whoever reuses your article must cite you
as the author and must retain any links in the article. As you might
imagine, this provides additional opportunities to increase your site
traffic and get the buzz out about your article.
Even if you have to pay to have the article ghost written for you,
it's usually fairly inexpensive to have a good article written by a
knowledgeable ghost writer and you still get the credit! Therefore,
article marketing can be a very cost effective means of website
promotion for your home business.
Keyword Research is Important in Article Marketing
Before you go about writing the article, you'll want to do some
keyword research. Keyword research is the practice of balancing the
popularity of a keyword or search phrase against the competitiveness of
the keyword phrase. You certainly wouldn't want to spend a lot of time
and money targeting keywords and phrases that no one is likely to use in
a search. Likewise, if 80 million plus results come up when you search
for your keyword phrase you may have a difficult time getting ranked for
that competitive of a keyword.
Balancing frequency against competitiveness results in what SEO
Specialists refer to as the Keyword Effectiveness (or Efficiency)
Indicator (or Index), shortened as KEI.
KEI is a number with two to four (and sometimes more) decimal places.
Words that are rarely used in search will have a very small KEI (near 0)
and keywords and phrases that are extremely competitive will also have a
very low KEI. The higher the KEI the more likely it is that you can
achieve top rankings for the keyword or phrase and it will be worth your
while because enough searches are conducted to warrant giving the
keyword some attention.
By knowing which keywords you want to focus on, the subject of your
article will become apparent. Additionally you 'll know which words to
work into your text (don't overdo it) and you will also use those
keywords as the anchor text (the words clicked) for any links in your
article or your resource box.
Finding Good Article Sites Using Google Alerts
There are a number of good article syndication sites available and
you will have no trouble finding several that you like to work with that
are also effective in getting your article noticed. One way to see
which articles sites are getting good exposure in Google is to subscribe
to [http://www.google.com/alerts]Google Alerts for your targeted
keywords. With Google Alerts you just specify the keyword or keyword phrase for
which you want alerts sent to you. You can choose to receive alerts for
news articles, blog postings, web pages or groups, or you can select Comprehensive, which will give you the alerts for all of the selections combined. Article sites are included with the Web selection, so you'll want to either choose Web or Comprehensive to receive alerts from postings on syndicated article sites.
Your alerts arrive via email and you can choose to be notified once
per day, once per week, or as it happens. You'll see a listing of items
that include your selected keyword phrase. Among the listings you're
likely to see one or more article syndication sites. Click the news item
to visit the site where the article is posted, sign up and you're ready
to go.
Article Sites Want Good Material
Syndicated article sites want good material. The emphasis being on good.
Many sites won't publish your content if it's not well written. Be sure
to proofread your articles and have them spell checked before
submitting them for syndication. Even if the article site accepts your
poorly-written article for publication, you want to project a good
impression for your home business, so it's critical that the article be
compelling and grammatically correct to shed the best light on your
business and to encourage others to link to your article and even
republish it.
Take the Article Marketing Plunge
If you haven't tried it yet to promote your business and/or your home
business website, I encourage you to take the idea of marketing
information online by way of articles to get your home business or your
website the kind of positive public relations exposure on which all home
businesses and Internet businesses rely.
Market research and marketing research are often confused. 'Market' research is simply research into a specific market. It is a very narrow concept. 'Marketing' research is much broader. It not only includes 'market' research, but also areas such as research into new products, or modes of distribution such as via the Internet. Here are a couple of definitions:
"Marketing research is the function that links the consumer, customer, and public to the marketer through information - information used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve understanding of marketing as a process. Marketing research specifies the information required to address these issues, designs the methods for collecting information, manages and implements the data collection process, analyzes, and communicates the findings and their implications."
Obviously, this is a very long and involved definition of marketing research.
"Marketing research is about researching the whole of a company's marketing process."
This explanation is far more straightforward i.e. marketing research into the elements of the marketing mix, competitors, markets, and everything to do with the customers.
The Marketing research Process.
Marketing research is gathered using a systematic approach. An example of one follows:
1. Define the problem. Never conduct research for things that you would 'like' to know. Make sure that you really 'need' to know something. The problem then becomes the focus of the research. For example, why are sales falling in New Zealand?
2. How will you collect the data that you will analyze to solve your problem? Do we conduct a telephone survey, or do we arrange a focus group? The methods of data collection will be discussed in more detail later.
3. Select a sampling method. Do we us a random sample, stratified sample, or cluster sample?
4. How will we analyze any data collected? What software will we use? What degree of accuracy is required?
5. Decide upon a budget and a timeframe.
6. Go back and speak to the managers or clients requesting the research. Make sure that you agree on the problem! If you gain approval, then move on to step seven. 7. Go ahead and collect the data.
8. Conduct the analysis of the data.
9. Check for errors. It is not uncommon to find errors in sampling, data collection method, or analytic mistakes.
10. Write your final report. This will contain charts, tables, and diagrams that will communicate the results of the research, and hopefully lead to a solution to your problem. Watch out for errors in interpretation.
Sources of Data - Primary and Secondary
There are two main sources of data - primary and secondary. primary research is conducted from scratch. It is original and collected to solve the problem in hand. secondary research, also known as desk research, already exists since it has been collected for other purposes.
We have given a general introduction to marketing research. Marketing research is a huge topic area and has many processes, procedures, and terminologies that build upon the points above.
Marketing is a persuasive process.
“Yes, Mark. You’ve said that before.”
You were listening? Great, then it’s time to reveal the actual process for persuasion that will attract you a community and convert them into happy clients.
These are the 5 C’s of Persuasive Marketing
Content
Character
Confidence
Concrete
Check
Content
With the ever growing presence of social media you won’t have a difficult time finding folks that will emphatically tell you that “social media and relationships make the internet go ’round.”
They say that because they’re good at talking… not creating business. Here’s the real truth:
The world that the internet goes ’round is Content. Relationships are based on Content and are a key determining factor if someone wants to go ahead and build a relationship or not.
This makes Content the key component in your client-catching process.
If folks turn to the internet for information then the higher quality information you provide the more people you attract.
Put on your Content Creating Hat because by providing quality content up front you do a few things. Obviously, you attract people to you. You also position yourself as the authority in your market. Good place to be if you want to eventually sell something.
Character
If it’s Content that attracts, then it’s Character that converts. You’ve given them something good in terms of Content… now they’re asking themselves a question: Do I want to get to know this guy?
Most definitely, you want them to get to know you. So show some Character, my man. Boring marketing gets you nowhere… but marketing with Character, now that gets you raving fans.
Look at Howard Stern or Simon Cowell. Love them or hate them, they’ve got Character worth about a bazillion dollars a year.
I also want you to notice the transition here… your Content attracts folks when they look for information – this is the intellectual appeal of your marketing. In order to make a sale, though, we need to start appealing to folks on an emotional level – that’s where your Character comes in.
Emotion is not just the key to the heart (raving fans) it’s also the key to the credit card (hyper-responsive buyers).
Keep Character out of your marketing process and you’re keeping dollars from your pocket. Plain and simple.
Confidence
Now, I’m no Dr. Phil but I can tell you that at some point in the relationship the other person is going to have doubts.
Is this for me?
Maybe I should wait?
What happens if this is wrong?
Will I die?
You’ve gotta build their Confidence that “YES, I’m a swell guy and I’ll treat you right.”
Nothing speaks this louder and builds Confidence better than proof. Confidence and proof remove anxiety so that your prospects move closer to you, get chummy and, of course, eventually become happy clients.
You’ve given them valuable Content, they see you as a trusted friend because of your Character, and they feel Confident that you can deliver upon your promise.
One thing I want to point out is that proof doesn’t just support your story, it also helps your prospect weave their own.
See, your prospect witnesses those testimonials, those case studies, and inserts themselves as the main character. They picture themselves achieving similar positive results. Even if those results are just half as good, they still picture what it will be like when they come out on top just like those other folks.
Nothing is more persuasive than those visions and emotions they stir up in themselves.
Concrete
At this point, you want to let them feel it because “once you pop you can’t stop.” (Pringles, anyone?)
By making things Concrete the promised benefits become more tangible. In real estate this is the 1-on-1 consult where you re-affirm your coolness and ability to help. It allows your prospect to get a richer taste of what is to come.
Once you make things Concrete the whole process becomes far more experiential, too. Your prospect is actually experienceing the level of service that will deliver to them the awesome scenario they’ve started fantasizing about.
That’s pretty powerful. Keep laying on the Confidence throughout this stage and your prospect’s emotions begin to really build up… and they’ve made the decision themselves that choosing you is the best thing for them to do.
Check
Up to this point, you’ve educated your market with Content, built rapport with your Character, removed anxiety and built Confidence, and made access to their dreams Concrete. Now it’s time for the Check Move.
For the life of me, I can’t recall who introduced me to the term Check Move. Someone probably infinitely smarter than I. Anyway…
In chess, checkmate is when your opponent can no longer avoid you or protect himself. In real estate, the checkmate is when your prospect makes the decision and signs the buyer-broker.
You can no more make them sign than you can cause them to lose a game of chess… they have to do that for themselves. All you can do is create the opportunity for them to do so.
This happens throughout the process I’ve described. You remove their objections and obstacles, their uncertainty as to choosing you to handle this major transaction, and built up the emotional desire to move forward. Then you simply declare Check and present your buyer-broker.
You’ll like the result
Do this right and you’ll enjoy two extra C’s – Cash and re-Creation. Okay, that may be a bit lame, but still… nothing wrong with more money in the pocket and more time spent at the lake.
